Since it seems that the City of Redding California city council members drop everything they believe as far as Bethel church Christian beliefs in homeless compassion and Jesus commands as to the "Least of the Brethren," at the threshold of council chamber doors, it is up to the individuals of the Redding community to join in the Spirit of Unity and the Bond of Peace and help those less fortunate suffering on the banks of the Sacramento river at the Parkview Tent City.

Indeed, many of them believers themselves, are in need of basic life sustaining food and shelter.

Homelessness and poverty publicly sleeps and suffers all over the streets and sidewalks of Redding.

Redding's Saint George Greek Orthodox Church - Hypocrisy

In Redding the storm of fellow human hatred intensifies, created by the dark dynamics of those presumed to be in control, and ignored by those presumed to be in spiritual authority.

As I walked into Redding's Saint George Greek Orthodox Church, two signs hung above the door.

One an Orthodox cross, another a No Trespassing Sign, which was suggested I am  told by Redding  Police Chief Rob Paoletti.  What message does this send to the non believer ? What message does this send to the multitudes of homeless that take refuge in from cold and rain at the doors of this church? Sacramento California church's rotate days and take multitudes of homeless and shelter them in the doorways of their sanctuary, why cant you? Are we not instructed to "uphold the poor?" What does Gods Holy Word say about cowards?

They don't make it to Heaven.......

So after listening to the service , the priest told everyone that was going on the Platina Monastery tour that they MUST take the old windy DANGEROUS  road. When one fellow asked if he could take Red Bluff up the much safer Hy way 36 route he was admonished !!

"You Americans want to be free to do your own thing, no obedience, your not like the Greeks!"

"Remember we talked about that?"

The infallibility of the pope and now what I call newly demonstrated infallibility of pastoral flesh is nothing new. Many many children have fallen into that satanic trap, using such so called "holy" pastoral authority to justify inappropriate vile sexual molestations.

If one could know and look into the heart of this old priest would we see that since the odds of any languishing , suffering homeless being Greek outside his church doors, or in Library park are non existent and could this perhaps be why we see the disregard of Christ's commands and the hell with them all?

"Has God called a fast, that we should hide from our own flesh" at the Greek Orthodox church?

We know how our Lord Jesus Christ feels about how you do it to the 'Least of these My brethren you do it to Me" and "Has God not chosen the poor of this world to be rich in faith."

No Trespassing indeed....... Perhaps the Holy Spirit sees that sign as well.......

One may find themselves asking as of late why is the love in our community growing so cold for the poor, the homeless, what Jesus calls"The Least of these My Brethern  ?

Surly no city official would very publicly say in one breath "Nobody tells me what to do" at his last quarterly town hall meeting and yet have the audacity to tell God in the next how His ministries and charities need to be ran and by what amount of love and compassion may be applied to His people?


One without a doubt would find themselves very directly opposing the desires and direction of that very same God.


Homeless people good, Transients bad Redding California Police Chief Robert Paoletti?

For we are directed  quite clearly by his son Jesus Christ that we are NOT to separate or differentiate  who is worthy of His Love   ...and who is not.

Who is good? ...  Who is bad...  Who is Wheat? And who is a Tare Redding Police Chief ?

Oh thanks due to in large part to police chief Robert Paoletti the talk in Redding California as of late has reached a fevered divisive pitch.. What is a homeless person ? What is a transient ? Is one worthy of love and another is not?

Should a policeman dictate to the Christian organizations that serve them who should stay, and who should be gathered up and removed?

Now homeless Lester who's pictures you see  is a perfect example of what is called hospital patient dumping.

Will Lester possibly see any justice from the Redding Police Department and chief Paoletti and his seat on  Prime Healthcare's Hospital Board ?

Shasta County Mental Health Center Director Dean Germano recently was quoted in the news as saying chief Paoletti's recent town hall comments on the local homeless population were "Bizarre", and his perceived by many as a negative comment about the Shasta County Hope Van for poor and homeless left many in the community shocked and dismayed.

A wonderful compassionate resource retired Redding Police Chief Peter Hansen helped develop in the City

No one really can imagine a government official directly opposing the commands of Jesus Christ and of all things expecting HIS Christian Charities to do the same ?

One again cannot imagine this same Redding Police chief AGAIN directly opposing the desires and commands of Jesus Christ wanting the Good News Rescue Mission to stop serving three free meals a day ?

Sometimes we love people nobody else will in hopes that they survive just another day... And that God will provide a Healing Miracle.

Who is good? ...  Who is bad...  Who is Wheat? And who is a Tare Redding Police Chief ?

Why You Should NEVER Support Regulating the Public Feeding of Homeless People

A spirit is circulating around the leaders and charities which serve the homeless and those who attempt to defend their constitutional and civil rights. They claim our giving is hurting and not helping the homeless, and instead of giving food to the homeless it would be better to give the money used to purchase that food to established charities and homeless shelters where that money could be put to "better use"....or simply dont feed the homeless at all.

Of course you will find no such spirit or directions in the Bible, the Christian community called the Church is to help as Jesus says  "the least of these My brethren", "for I was hungry and you gave Me food; I was thirsty and you gave Me drink; I was a stranger and you took Me in;  I was naked and you clothed Me; I was sick and you visited Me; I was in prison and you came to Me."

You are the Church...

Christians must interact with their fellow humans and have fellowship with the poor and homeless, and those given the grace to see realize that giving a sandwich or an article of much needed clothing is an opportunity to minister to those hurting and lost on a much deeper spiritual level.

You see  GOD LOVES TO USE HIS PEOPLE !, and through the Holy Spirit and your faith, love, and interaction, the Lord can plant the seeds to spiritually feed and cloth those in need, and through the believer pour forth the "Living Waters" to those who so desperately thirst.

Not only that "God has chosen the poor of this world to be rich in faith and heirs of the kingdom which He promised to those who love Him."

You may receive a powerful and suprising  blessing from those whom you are serving!

You see in giving what you have freely received and administering compassion we are spiritually fed and clothed and given spiritual"water"to drink, healed from our spiritual sicknesses, and broken free of the bars which hold us in prison.

" For with the measure you use it will be measured back to you.”

Those that wish to regulate the feeding and care of the homeless and leave it to the "pros" do not have those eyes to see, or for that matter ears to hear what God through Jesus Chris and the Holy Spirit has said to his body of believers called "The Church"

And reconsider giving cash donations to those charities, especially those which suggest government regulations and permits in order to feed the homeless, and those that have no method of community transparency and accountability.

Regulations and permits are the first steps cities and municipalities use to criminalize and repress  the poor and homeless.

And make un announced visits to those you do give to and see what is going on with your charitable dollar donations.

Dont let the spiritual thieves steal from you, calling your compassionate love offerings an act of "feel good" giving , "but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal.   For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also."

You see God does not call the qualified or pros, but qualifies those He calls to administer to those in need

God is holding his ministries more accountable than ever before, and salaries and pay checks are at stake.

A spirit is circulating... its not from God

Dont let anyone quench the Spirit of Love and Charity which dwells in you.

 Love your neighbor, let no law or regulation be formed against this and remember...

"When you give a luncheon or a dinner, do not invite your friends or your brothers or your relatives or rich neighbors, lest they also invite you in return, and repayment come to you. But when you give a reception, invite the poor, the crippled, the lame, the blind, and you will be blessed, since they do not have the means to repay you."

Let no one criminalize and regulate the practicing  of your faith and and religion...

Pure and undefiled religion before God and the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their trouble, and to keep oneself unspotted from the world.

And the spirit of the world wants you to stop...
