Im afraid due to political pressure from Redding Rancheria, detectives and resources are being pulled off the Nikki Saelee McCain case. There are FAR to many unsolved missing persons cases in Redding and Shasta County California that have led me to believe our law enforcement investigative officers are completely inept, unskilled, or as dirty and corrupt as the criminals who get away with these heinous crimes.

I strongly suggest a massive protest with signs and banners right in front of the Shasta County Sheriffs building on Park Marina drive. Also a massive protest on the sidewalk leading into Win River / Redding Rancheria with lots of press releases sent to local and NATIONAL news organizations.

Perhaps a local helicopter company or pilot Ron Lim would be interested in towing a "Find Nikki Saelee" banner over the next major event in Redding or Shasta County?

There are 3 people who last saw Nikki that night. I believe we should start putting their names out there as persons of interest. Call them by name, Tyler McCain, his mother Jenette, and Justin, aka "Too Tall."

I think we should put MASSIVE pressure on people of interest, and law enforcement to ACT and call in more investigative resources.

Maybe one should ask who is hanging around Tyler McCain now? Anybody else living on Tyler McCain's property today?

And since Tribal Chairman Jack Potter Jr and the Redding Rancheria have such a vast amount of wealth at their disposal why don't they hire a private investigator to look into the disappearance of Nikki Saelee McCain?

Went to the Shasta County supervisors meeting today. They discussed what to do with the huge opioid settlement money. Kevin Crye stated he wanted to push the decision back three weeks and get all the feedback from nonprofits and community etc... Here is the rub... Just 2 days ago I went into Supervisor Patrick Jones' office and had a little meeting. Its already decided I FULLY BELIEVE by Crye, Kelstrom and Jones that the money will be spent ON A FORCED TREATMENT PROGRAM, much like what Bethel church tried to do some years ago. A reduction in sentence will be given if you participate as an incentive.
Let me please be clear to everyone the basics of addiction that a person has to WANT TO QUIT before any success can be made, not forced or bribed.... PLEASE let them know in no uncertain terms this will be a total waist of millions of dollars.
And if Patrick Jones wants to secretly record our conversation at the gun store, please have a recorder in your pocket that does not beep when recording tape needs to be turned over.

Redding Good News Rescue Mission Kicks Blind Homeless Girl Out Into Streets

 

I have never seen in 20 years of being a homeless advocate a blind homeless person before,

walking alone with the severely mentally ill, pervert and rapist filled streets of Redding California.

Alone...

This poor gal is walking with a red and white cane legally blind; I saw her walk into the wall of Tortilla Flats etc.... 

Later I saw her almost break her ankle trying to step off the curb.

She does manage to make it to the mission sometimes for food, but apparently lives outside.

Good News Rescue Mission paid staff member said they kicked her out of mission and lots of other homeless people and he can't figure out why, only allowing her to go there to eat

When called a staff member at Mission they said “We have to draw the line somewhere”

Apparently, that line includes blind homeless girls

Sadly, after checking on a homeless veteran with mental issues under Cypress Street bridge, and complaints of harassment reported by his homeless mother and her treatment by Redding Police Department, I was pulled over by Officer Alex Dahnke.

Standing by the homeless under Cypress St bridge, in retaliation, she chased me down with the excuse I did not have my headlights on which I'm sure I did.

Real reason was she was angry that I yelled out "You are treating the homeless like Nazis", and she followed me pulling me over, complained that she was German.

I came into Redding Police Department wanting a formal investigation of the officer Alex Dahnke by your Professional Standards Unit and filled out the form as such. 

There was a Redding Police car blocking a handicapped Parking lot and the ramp entrance from the street when empty "Law Enforcement Parking Only" lots were only a matter for feet away. Even police receptionists saw it.

How much would that ticket cost you or me? You Reding police are something else... 

Anyway, I believe she is lying when she gave me a ticket for no headlights during "inclement weather."

Furthermore, I believe it was retaliation for driving by a homeless camp with her and another officer saying, "you guys are acting like nazis."

Rude and would not give me enough time to produce my proof of insurance, which was in my glove box, so I got a ticket for that as well.

How can this officer write me a ticket for no headlights when she is driving around with just one and the other out?

What concerns me the most is your dispatchers over the air when I'm pulled over that I'm "hostile to police" which I am not and have no record.  of such activity or violence EVER demonstrated to ANY Redding Polce Officer.

This kind of message puts me in serious danger should I be pulled over by one of your head stomping, penis grabbing, put a gun in a woman's mouth (Steve Morehouse) coke selling, cannabis selling, illegal possession of guns, violent head stomping psychopathic officers that seem to be attracted to your department.

Including continued patterns harassment and retaliation?  

In 2012 a Redding California police officer shot killed a boxer puppy and pregnant chihuahua, claiming boxer had threatened him. The chihuahua, he said, got caught in the crossfire! According to owner pregnant chihuahua was blown open, exposing her unborn babies, she turned and started licking them"

This officer appears to have some serious allegations against her, and certainly seems lying is part of her repertoire.

As for you Lieutenant Regan Ortega I don't appreciate you trying to run interference when I want to file an on the record complaint, saying "it will just come to me anyway."

including a formal letter from the Professional Standards Unit that RPD investigated and your conclusions that you deny or refuse to say exists.

To wake up sleeping homeless by Redding Police at 430 in the morning screaming at them to leave and hurry, take their necessary survival gear, including food, threatening to take their pets, insulting and threatening the homeless themselves with all manner of vile comments to them including telling them "Im going to make your life a living hell", and threatening to shoot their pet dogs is not conducive to their survival.

She falsified the probable cause, unreasonable detention, put the me in a dangerous situation when I informed her and her partner I would be filing a complaint , and civil complaint that is where excessive force was used resulting in body injury snatching me out of my vehicle for no reason , picking up slamming me face first into the concrete , they broke my arm, tore ligament in knee cap, damaged ligament in my shoulder caused be to have whiplash and and a concussion , I am still waiting in pain even till this day , she then placed falsified her police report stating I resisted arrest, obstructed, and delayed under 148 PC typical cover charge cops use to escape accountability. These are lies she told, to maliciously prosecute me , to keep me from reporting the misconduct I had no clue she was already on the Brady list for the same type of misconduct , and she is still on the force and have not been decertified she is a danger I filed a complaint with Redding police department , they have isolated the complaint for illegal traffic stop, and Unlawful use of excessive force I've heard nothing from Redding police department. But rpd still allowed their officers to file charges of 148 PC to the prosecutor even after the misconduct so I figured to report this straight to the Brady site with evidence since Redding police department is not in compliance with Brady , the evidence I have recorded the illegal stop , up until the officers violated my 1st amendment right by taking my phone and turning off the recording before they used excessive force on me. There is also security Camera it was caught on in the dark secluded area of Redding they thought would be no cameras to catch them"

Redding Homeless Man Almost 90 Dies Crawling On Hands and Knees in Dirty Alley ?

Lord have mercy for the homeless black woman that sleeps in the parking lot of this picture.

For no doubt she also has seen that frail elderly homeless man found in that same parking lot / alley limping up Tehama St with a pack.

 

I believe I have seen this individual as well...

According to a KRCR TV News story "Police say the male was found unresponsive and was bleeding from his hands and elbows."

Defensive wounds desperately defending himself from a knife attack?

"Officers say the man, who may be from out of the area, was found in an alleyway."

Certainly, as RPD has initiated an investigation, stating that they believe the man may have "suffered a medical issue or fall."

It is quite possible, as being only one block from Shasta Regional Hospital, he attempting to crawl there for assistance.

Even more possible, this fragile, almost 90-year-old man suffered agonizing hypothermia, and died a slow, painful death.

Whatever the case you can bet local TV news media will bury this story.

You can double down on that bet that the Redding Police Department was aware of this 90-year-old suffering homeless elder.

RPD will bury that info as well...
