Criminalize homelessness, treating them like Monsters, sending homeless deeper out into the bush then complain? Really a person who hates homeless: (Christian Nationalist who say they love God yet hate their fellow man) can put twigs in an old camp ring, light the twigs and then edge of camp, (Just one ignition source homeless hating scenarios housed arsonist can use) Then rookie Redding Fire and Police Dept, politically motivated, can say its caused by the homeless... Really, homeless haters starting fires in known homeless camps? Just because fire origins point to homeless camps, DOES NOT MEAN HOMELESS STARTED IT!

Long time Redding Fire Dept Investigator, Dean Herzberg, now deceased, agreed that was quite possibly happening here in City of Redding. What about the dozens and dozens of arsonists paroled at local motels and group homes here?

With BS falsely saying that so many fires here in Redding are caused by homeless, it will get them beaten or worse yet...Murdered

Remove homeless in extreme fire danger areas (Mercy and Masonic canyons) and create a designated camp area. Preferably by the river where humidity recovery is best. Set porta potties, and police can monitor them. A central area where nonprofits, groups, and those who deal with them can work to end the homeless situation they find themselves in.

And dont tell me homeless like staying in the brush and on our streets. What do you expect them to say? Its a pride issue, its saying something that you can't take away from them, in reality it's like they saying they like the mumps, bugs, ticks,115 degree days, or in the winter freezing nights.

3 Arson fires in Redding in one week period?

One thing I loved about Redding Police Chief Barner, is that he brought to light a VERY SERIOUS safety issue here in Redding and Shasta County that is FACT

Both are in Shasta County Supervisor Kevin Crye's District... And what is Kevin Crye saying about this massive safety issue we are facing? Crickets...

Where is the oversight?

Arsonists are really never cured, and approximately half of these individuals were sent to Redding by the California state parole department from outside the local area**, AND** Parolees originate from various locations across California (including Fresno County) and other states, notably Tennessee and Illinois!

And what is Kevin Crye saying about this massive Safety issue we are facing? Crickets...

He has multiple platforms to speak on this issue, Shasta County Supervisor board meetings, a website, a weekly 2-hour weekly radio show. Crickets...

Are you telling me Kevin Crye can't speak at the next Redding City council meeting and address the horrific dangers facing his district and surrounding area of his responsibility?

Can arsonist be cured? No, there is no permanent "cure" for pyromania or arsonist tendencies.

So don't be surprised this summer that we have a big jump in arson related fires.

Unfortunately, some years ago a friend of mine with horrible depression, even though he was worth several million dollars, took his own life.

Already very depressed, his ex-wife's husband, a pharmacist, would ILLEGALLY give him JARS of Norco.

Im talking jars, not the tiny pill bottles we get with regular prescriptions.

Like a midsize Mayonnaise jar only pharmacist receive.

Opioids of course exacerbate depression to be sure, and both ex-wife Patsy, his son, and husband pharmacist knew of his serious depression, that his sister had to be hospitalized from depression, and his own past attempts to commit suicide...

Well after that, it was not Jars of Norco anymore, but Jars of OxyContin....

Then his close friend, Joel Clifton, who came over to his house so often... Overdosed and passed away.

That threw him over the edge, and this time with help from the OxyContin his suicide attempt was successful.

I reported to my next store neighbor, Shasta County Sheriff Investigator/ Deputy Will Gardner, husband of Shasta County Judge Molly Bigelow about it.

Some years ago man in picture with glasses and hat confessed to me he was present when Cort Jones died.

Oh, I thought a peaceful day of bottle hunting would be nice, a vacation from the stress of being a homeless advocate.

Alas, God had different plans...

Some time ago...

As we went up to the Holiday Harbor parking lot to find the trail to an old bottle dump known by a friend accompanying me, we ran into the on-site caretaker.

He "caretaker" relayed to us that the Sheriff gave him permission to shoot tweakers,

"Because im the sheriff."

Later, we went down the dirt road and caretaker went over the side.

He later yells out "what do you call the bone "between here and here"

I told him a "Femur"

I compared the bone to my own femur, looks right, and later after studying, I found the human femur head has a bump on the side.

Then I heard a couple, the female across the gully say "honey im finding human bones"

He said of the caretakers statement about receiving permission to shoot tweekers, ,

Well before he passed away I told my other neighbor when he was still alive at the time, Attorney Joe Gazzigli.

He was very angry, saying what this officer said was "Dissuading a Witness"

"Dissuading a witness (Penal Code 136.1 PC) is a serious criminal offense, defined as maliciously attempting to prevent a victim or witness from reporting a crime, testifying, or cooperating with law enforcement."

When I told him it was Shasta County Sheriff Deputy Will Gardner he said 

"Oh I cant do anything he is my friend".

As you can see, Shasta County Sheriff deputy, (husband of Judge Molly Bigalow, whos uncle was Shasta County DA at the time)  and next store neighbor Will Gardner was VERY VERY  worried... 

Been wondering who for a while now.... How he can get away with this shit.

And when the bones were found, nobody interviewed me...


Its obvious to me who killed with permission from the Shasta County Sheriff Matthieu Tuvignon.

Before the town of Keswick burned to the ground, I knew the largest Meth dealer in Keswick.

I actually went to school with this person, and knew him to be very intelligent, as he went on to get his BA Degree and later his Masters.

Always coherent, I never knew him to speak and confess the horrific events I am about to relay to you right around the time Heather Cameron Haller went missing, last known to be on the phone hysterically talking to law enforcement at Keswick Dam.

The dealer, Bruce McWhirter, relayed to me, that "they" were with a overwrought out of control young girl that was screaming she is possessed, etc...

Panicked, the scene got more intense. He then confessed to me "they cracked her head open with a rock, and a demon flew out."

By The Way, nothing happened in Keswick without Mr McWhirter knowing about it,

NOTHING... 

Sounds like P2P super meth, and his good friend, supplier / maker of this Methamphetamine for Bruce was a Keswick man by the name of Karl "Mohawk" Bradshaw, who was the first house on the right as you traveled east from the dam towards town.

He had a huge shop and houseboats out front as well as allegedly a "Caldron" where he produced LARGE batches of "glass like shards of Meth."

Later from KRCR TV News...

"Karl Bradshaw worked at a nearby houseboat repair shop and had lived in Shasta County for the last ten years. According to investigators, he was sitting in his truck on a lunch break when he was suddenly attacked by McDonald. They say Bradshaw tried to drive away after being stuck in the head numerous times with a splitting maul. Bradshaw crashed into a boat parked in front of St. Pierre's home. When the truck came to a stop, McDonald reportedly approached Bradshaw again and started beating him again in the head with the splitting maul, crushing in his face."

McDonald reportedly told detectives that, during the attack, he set Bradshaw's truck on fire by throwing a cigarette into a flammable liquid that was draining from either the truck or the boat burning him alive.

"Now Shasta County detectives said this was a random killing" which I know is totally false and deceptive.

Back to Bruce McWhirter's confession. I again reported what he said to my next store neighbor Shasta County Sheriff Deputy / Investigator Will Gardner, husband of Shasta County judge Molly Bigalow.

He told me "I cannot tell you how many hours spent in the Manzanita across the street watching Bruce McWhirters house." When I reported what I knew to him and what Bruce said he completely blew me off...

and when I told my story, the woman with a thick British accent on the other end just laughed.

Sadly, I wondered if his father being a 33 or 34th degree Old Shasta Masonic member had anything to do with a "cover up."

What VERY powerful people here in town did he sell his poison to?

I know... Shasta County Superior Court Judge? Past District Attorney? Retired Record Searchlight reporter?

  I believe and think the pattern of Shasta County Sheriff Deputy Will Gardner's incompetence is stunning.

And if that poor soul who had her skull bashed open was not a terrified Heather Cameron Haller,
