City of Redding Fire Department Secret Homeless Death Camp ?

Sadly, shockingly it appears the City of Redding California is secretly sanctioning a homeless camp on their property deep in brush across Placer street from Benton Airfield for some time now. Shockingly during the worst fire season California has ever had.

Many homeless all report one house in the neighborhood that supply's the camp  methamphetamine, which of course fuels the crime rise in the west Redding.

Just look for the "house with the barbed wire on the fence" homeless report.

I understand a female was found dead in that camp. Of course Redding police and fire department would respond to such a call. Was it the City of Redding fire department that left this huge fire extinguisher?   I think so...

Was the woman found dead in the camp a prostitute ?

City of Redding secret sanctioned homeless camp?

Why Twitter message me and say I should officially turn it in on police webpage when you are intimately aware of the situation Redding Fire Department ?

Guido Concello Fire Inspector (Prevention 3) where are you?

Large dust devils have been seen coming off the flats and airfield of Benton airpark causing severe fire behavior in area of the homeless camp.

It is a flight line and of course no construction is allowed and a plane recently crashed and burned just a few hundred feet away from campsite.

It is only several hundred feet away from St. Joseph school and Manzanita elementary

Often child molesters hide in homeless populations.

No water,  no services,  NO SUPERVISION ... This is a complete disaster waiting to happen and would be fuel to fan the homeless haters for years to come should something happen.

It is becoming a regionally known homeless destination. with local businesses like Chevron on Placer Street paying the price.

Spiritually, I believe Redding Fire Department is turning their collective backs and saying

Let them burn...

To school children, businesses and homeowners, as well as the homeless.
