The corruption of Redding California police

 It is impossible for me to advocate for the homeless in the west Redding California homeless camp area known as the "Rock crusher" across the street from Benton airfield when allegedly drugs are being sold to those homeless and police turn their back. 

West Redding neighborhood crime has seen an increase including males breaking into homes in the middle of the day... with the occupants still inside the  home. 

Meth causes increased  homicidal tendencies and children use the trails in the area to walk to near by Manzanita school, and directly across the street from this camp is St Joseph school. 

This is a place that is quickly becoming a known regional homeless camp and destination for homeless folks to stay when in Redding. 

The kind of folks that wear an ankle bracelet. 

The kind of folks other homeless camps will not allow to stay...

Prostitution is known to go on in this homeless camp as well, and this camp seems to be filled with early prison release folks going back to the only survival games they know. 

I believe Redding police demonically allow the dynamics of the situation to fester as one day they can point to the abomination of humanity and cry about how much more money and man power they need.

I cannot unfortunately it seems advocate with such corruption by the Redding California police department and their utter disregard for human life of the business owners, homeowners,  homeless and children of west Redding.

Yesterday morning I went to the Chevron gas station on Pleasant St to get cat food.

There was no employee in the store.

A homeless individual came into the store and stole multiple Lottery tickets,  cigarettes, 

and other items according to store manager and video.

The employee finally showed back up holding a rag to his head, and said he had been robbed and I was outside and probably had something to do with it.

When I showed him the cat food left on the counter and asked him where he was during my first visit he threw it at me and said he already checked me out on those items.

RPD Officer finally called me the very first sentence out of his mouth was "maybe I need to change part of my story because I am making part of it up"

When  I said there are 5 or 6 cameras in that store , did you check the video?

He said no.

I said "maybe you better take a look at that video before you make allegations like that"

Dissuading a witness is a punishable offense Redding California Police Department. 

It is a crime under California PC 136.1 

One of your police officers it seems is unaware

 

I got ready and was  telling  my information when he hung up on me....

I believe I saw the thief again this morning and im pretty sure where he stays but I will not deal with a Redding police officer who calls me a liar and says I make up false police reports.

I believe I  know the where homeless camp is he stays, I have heard who sells crank to certain members of that camp to sell to other homeless.

Prostitution also goes on in that camp.

So they are robbing the neighborhood blind....

To the Redding California police officer who said I was making parts of a Police Report up this morning when I called tells me you must be a rookie,

Have no interest in maintaining witness / police relations,

 And shows "A basic disconnect from the community in which you serve."
