Redding Police Violate Harass Homeless Advocate Taking Their Picture

Redding California police officer follows me almost all the way home after talking to 4 officers and two cars jacking up one homeless man sleeping on  Pine St sidewalk in front of downtown restaurant. After chatting briefly at intersection first officer in pic is already walking to his car to follow me. Two blocks from my home he lights me up and best he can come up with is no back license plate light. 

Intimidation, retaliation and fear... A pattern of repeated harassment, where are your bodycams?

Did Redding Police union threaten then chief Paoletti with a vote of no confidence some time back if he insisted on officers wearing bodycams? And have him removed like the chief of the Red Bluff police department was removed by their union at that time also?

All this told to me by a past member of the Redding city council...

What did the union  tell you Redding Police Chief Bill Schueller?

Looks like this officer did not want to talk about Redding police officer Will Williams, I can see why. Is this a cover up? Dont talk about it, maybe it will just all go away?

DA: Redding police officers justified in shooting death of woman in 2021

As People Remember Brooke Leann Blair,  To red tag a homeless camp under Cypress St Bridge after a young girl was allegedly by multiple sources unknowingly given a toxic substance / drug ( Hot Shot / snort type / drink?) and she later has a psychotic episode in which Redding California Police Are Forced To Shoot Her Multiple Times by 3  different officers, striking and killing her surely makes the destruction of that homeless camp and scattering of the witnesses tantamount to destruction of a crime scene by City Of Redding officials it would certainly seem.

A "Hot Shot" is giving someone a drug  and unknown other substances are laced within in an attempt to control someone, permanently damage their brain, or worst yet death.

Heroin is often used to gain control of young ladies on the street for use in the sex trade.

Understandably her boyfriend and "Injun Joe" were taking her across the Cypress St bridge

to the Good News Rescue Mission for help when stopped by police yet why is Injun Joe still allegedly in the hospital with a bullet wound as well?

"We had heard people up on the bridge hollering, there was a female hollering. going back and forth, and they were just going back and forth for about an hour," Ron Ehmke said. "Then the police showed up with lots of sirens and we noticed they had guns out so we started walking out to see what was going on, and at that point shots went off... so we just hid at that point and waited for everything to stop."

And can we please see a picture of this "gun" Redding police?

The homeless loved Brooke, said she loved to face paint,  and that she had lost a daughter recently in a automobile accident.

Unfortunately one can only imagine what hardships Brooke as a diminutive attractive blonde hair blue eyed girl suffered... A prize to be sure for any sexual predator lurking in the bushes around the Cypress St bridge camp location, or the streets of Redding for that matter.

It has been said she had her back turned when shot by 3 Redding Police officers.

And although several homeless folks in that camp witnessed the execution of  Brooke Leann Blair, one must ask why Redding California Police Union refuse to wear body cameras

Good News Rescue Mission Lacks Transparency During Covid 19 Infections

 The Redding California Good News Rescue Mission is on pandemic fire as Covid 19 ravages guests, staff, and volunteers.

Redding Coalition for the homeless is proud to have shed the light on this local tragedy notifying news agency's of the situation, including the tragic death of one of their beloved staff member Bill Hartman.

When was the noticeably absent director of the mission Jonathan Anderson going to alert the community?

Unfortunately I have personally seen after Mr Hartmans tragic death nobody wearing protective masks as homeless sat in tight groups, disregarding social distancing as well, and although administrators from the safety of their own home insist steps have been taking, it is just not the case.

Even more troubling is as I understand Mr Hartman had Covid 19 for weeks, and came into contact with a multitude of community members as he was the point of contact to check ID's and hand out "Turkey bucks, and according to witnesses he was mask less...

Months ago Redding Coalition for the Homeless insisted "washing stations" were available to guests of the Mission to use BEFORE you entered the facility, and according to witnesses they are never used.

How can City of Redding insist homeless use the only night time facility in all of Northern California when it is so infected by Corona Virus?

The mission refuses to take in new homeless folks, so how can Redding police take their homeless possessions, raid and destroy their survival camps, and insist they go to the mission?

Simply cruel and unusual punishment in my estimation, and certainly a civil right violation to say the least.

Morally reprehensible and a blatant disregard for life to be sure on the part of Johnathan Anderson and his stone cold silence on the matter.

Drive by and you can see homeless guests in the sleeping / dining area. bars in the windows to prevent the opening of windows to allow fresh air in to lessen the chances of viral spread.....

Does City of Redding have a health department? Shasta County? People are literally dying at the mission.

Your silence on the matter is preposterous as well.

Somebody, anybody please take the lead and insist the Good News Rescue Mission enforce social distancing, hand washing, and wearing of masks as these infected go out into the community and infect YOU !

Insist Shasta County Supervisors open the fair grounds to spread out the sleeping / eating homeless and reduce the chances of Covid 19 infecting Good News Rescue Mission staff, volunteers, program members, homeless and the community at large.

And as a penalty for the gross mismanagement insist Director Jonathan Anderson is terminated and removed.
