People Talking? Missing Nikki Saelee McCain Murdered? - Win River Casino
Sometime around the middle of September searchers were looking in the area south of Win River in the canal when a tarp and what looked like a skeleton were found.
It was reported on a YouTube crime blog that the tarp was found, too heavy to pull out of the water.
Shasta County Sheriffs were called and according to witnesses they took it over as a possible crime scene and divers were called in.
Strangely enough the scene was secured protecting chain of custody evidence overnight into the next morning.

Certainly, something piqued their interest. Strangely, the tarp was weighed down with cinderblocks and was allegedly nothing more than "sticks".
After listening to my YouTube video, you can see why it immediately grabbed my attention.
I would like to thank Kathy for sending me those pictures of the Sheriff deputies "command center", and what was found in the canal that grabbed the interest of investigators, even though by no means do I believe they were "sticks" as Kathy has said

Why would anyone weight down a tarp full of sticks, I call bullshit ! Why did a tarp full of sticks command such a large and long Police presence ?
Remember it could be the remains of someone's loved one. If it's remains, it takes time to identify. Let's show some consideration.
I agree with you. Does not make any sense to me. Sinking sticks.
