Police body cam video does not account for why subject was transported by officer from original altercation, and what happened during transportation to the jail.
"Rick is not a threat and was denied medical care. He weighs 130 lbs and walks with a mobility device. And as someone with a medical alert, this is a huge violation of public trust"
Has he had interaction with this officer before? Why did he seem so terrified? How do you exit vehicle with seat belt around your neck and your arm practically twisted off?

I believe he also stated he’s a hemophiliac and they denied his medication
He never mentioned to the officer that he has medical issues or that he’s disabled. Sad way to end a prosperous career by claiming his right to travel and ignoring lawful orders.
I stand corrected, at 1:19 driver states something about “hemophilia”. In my 36+years in healthcare I can say that someone with a documented condition of hemophilia would avoid “ at all cost” any confrontation with police or anybody for that matter.
