Redding California Police Attempts to Swing Baton At Young Homeless Child
Redding California Police attempts to swing baton at young homeless child in extreme poverty. Drew baton all the way back to swing, child terrified tries to get to family tent. Mother, sister very upset, father livid. Parkview tent city camp. More law enforcement arrived later including supervisor. I believe traumatized, this young child will certainly be afraid of cops.

We're a beautiful community who deserve to teach our children they can run towards a police officer with total confidence.
Write ups for failure to provide their names and badge numbers is rarely enforced. Shame on RPD.
