Redding California Refuses to Open a Warming Shelter for Her Least Fortunate

 

With Christmas just days gone by, you would thing Redding and Shasta County Supervisors would have more compassion for the homeless in our community. The Good News Rescue Mission, 3100 South Market Street, the only nighttime shelter we have is reportedly kicking out homeless seeking shelter for the most nominal of offenses. Several can be seen sleeping on the sidewalk in front of the mission.

Those with mental issues, are forced to sleep outside, even though the temperatures have been below freezing for several days now, including homeless children. Dozens of homeless are forced to seek shelter under the roof of a very compassionate local business but really is that fair to them?

 A young little girl in a pink jacket is living in a freezing boulder field under Cypress Street with dozens of other homeless sufferings, yet even though the City of Redding has declared a Homeless Shelter Crisis, and received a million dollars, the refuse to put a large tent next to those languishing under this and other bridges seeking the only shelter they can find. 

Why it's perfectly natural that folks don't want to go to the Good News Rescue Mission. I know of several instances where homeless young boys have been molested there. Other reports of men masturbating. bed bugs, scabies, and other unpleasant behaviors seem to be the norm, not to mention thievery. Young boys at a certain age I understand are separated from their families and forced to stay with them.  

And of course the 30 days in 30 days out mission policy is tragic, since most folks point to the mission as the be all as far as homelessness is concerned in Shasta County... The only game in town.

Some time ago, I had a conversation with my next door neighbor, Deputy Sheriff Will Gardner ( at one time sex crime investigator), that I was concerned that a homeless child could be molested, and the pedophile could attend the Good News Rescue Mission's drug and alcohol program as part of his sentence, eating the finest donations of deli meats and cheeses, sitting on fine plump leather couches in air-conditioned comfort, while that homeless child is still in the bushes curled around a rock still homeless.

Deputy Sheriff Will Gardner stated " You dont have to worry about that scenario any longer.... Its already happened...

Fascinating that the City of Redding has also received as I understand 18 million dollars in Covid relief funds, that can certainly be used to give our least fortunate some kind of relief, is used to hire 3 more City of Redding employees and machinery to destroy homeless survival areas.

Just before Christmas.... And Bethel Church played a major role ...  

What more must the homeless endure with two murdered by young men with no motive at all?

And vigilantism on the rise   ?

And an attitude by Redding and Shasta County Officials that being homeless is still a crime 

Seems nobody wears masks at the Good News Rescue Mission, sadly several of the Mission staff have died from Covid 19

I heard one Officer SAM LAMAS warn Officer Will Williams as he slung threat after threat to me in front of Redding City Hall that I am a Christian.  Officer Sam Lamas warned Will Williams to stay at the corner of the building and shout his threats as if they came any closer they would be in camera range.

SO IF YOU ARE THE PRAYING KIND WE will focus on this Redding police officer SAM LAMAS and that all SATANIC OCCULTIST  in the Redding Police Department  Be BOUND , REBUKED , and  CAST OUT ! of the REDDING CALIFORNIA POLICE DEPARTMENT and the COMMUNITY as a Whole !

Again we will focus prayer and intention that God Binds, Rebukes, and Casts out the evil Redding Police Officers from our city...  In Jesus Name

Redding Police Corporal Will Williams Threatened Local Homeless Advocate With Violence

 This Redding Police Officer Threatened me and demanded I come to him and fight him in his uniform in back of Redding City Hall with Redding Police Officer Sam Llamas standing right next to him. An investigation was done since at the time I did not know his name. Unfortunately I got second officers name wrong on report complaint to Redding Police Department... He was standing with Sam Llamas, not Ed Ochoa.

" I passed by officer Ed Ochoa and unknown officer with stripes on his sleeve and followed me to back door of city hall repeatedly challenging me to fight, to come back, and made comments that I was a coward to not come back and fight him over and over while he followed me. It had me to believe with this officer my life is in physical danger.

I wish documentation of the incident as well as unknown officers name" 

Well an investigation (cover up) supposedly happened... What turned out to be by his good buddy from "Professional Standards Unit" of course competing in a beard growing contest...

I was so tramatized by an unknown officer harboring such violent intentions towards me I even called and reported incident to FBI

Well I got that letter from Redding Police Chief Bill Schueller a year later poo pooing my allegations against who the chief identified as Redding Police officer Will Williams just after his arrest for major drug crimes 

I have written response with his name on it from RPD Chief Schueller.

Yet, sadly , looks like a big cover up of officer Williams activities ...

"It was in April of 2020 that an investigation uncovered 138 pounds of processed marijuana, 332 marijuana plants, 30 grams of cocaine, $59,000 and 2 firearms at a warehouse off of Old Highway 44 and Old Oregon Trail, according to the CHP."

OVERHEARD In neighbors back yard drinking party - "On again off again "Girlfriend Atty(Christine Muligan) of ‪Redding‬ ‪police‬ officer (Chris Jacoby) being investigated asks Shasta County Judge (Molly Bigelow) to have uncle DA Carlton have Asst DA Lowery quit investigating Steve Motley case. Talk of going to newspaper with problem he had with woman (Ellen Munroe) to coherce him into dropping case. Judge Molly Bigelow is wife of ‪‎Shasta‬ County Deputy Sheriff Will Gardner, I understand lead investigator in Steve Motley case exonerating all Redding California police officers involved.

It was not long after a meeting briefing  a very frightened Mr Lowery at his office you found this news headline...


DA Carlton says Lowery's retirement was "definitely" voluntary

"The swift and sudden departure of Shasta County Chief Deputy District Attorney Earl “Josh” Lowery was not so sudden, Shasta County District Attorney Stephen Carlton said today.
And, he said, Lowery, whose retirement became official today, was strictly voluntary.
“It was definitely voluntary,” Carlton said, saying the 51-year-old Lowery had been considering retiring for the past few months. “I’ve known for awhile.”

          

"She wrote that he suffered multiple broken bones, brain hemorrhages and other injuries. She wrote that Redding's practice of "inaction and cover-up encouraged officers of RPD, including the defendants named herein, to believe that unjustified force and denial of prompt medical care against individuals being detained was permissible."
