Some time ago...
As we went up to the Holiday Harbor parking lot to find the trail to an old bottle dump known by a friend accompanying me, we ran into the on-site caretaker.
"Because im the sheriff."
Later, we went down the dirt road and caretaker went over the side.
He later yells out "what do you call the bone "between here and here"
I told him a "Femur"
I compared the bone to my own femur, looks right, and later after studying, I found the human femur head has a bump on the side.
Then I heard a couple, the female across the gully say "honey im finding human bones"
Sue enough it was a human bone, documented by this Record Searchlight link.

(Tuvignon's, (originally from France), black 2000 Audi A6 was found in late September 2012 in the Holiday Harbor overflow parking lot.)
He said of the caretakers statement about receiving permission to shoot tweekers, ,
"Ill kick his ass" "He's crazy for saying that" "Your crazy for believing him"
Well before he passed away I told my other neighbor when he was still alive at the time, Attorney Joe Gazzigli.
He was very angry, saying what this officer said was "Dissuading a Witness"
"Dissuading a witness (Penal Code 136.1 PC) is a serious criminal offense, defined as maliciously attempting to prevent a victim or witness from reporting a crime, testifying, or cooperating with law enforcement."
When I told him it was Shasta County Sheriff Deputy Will Gardner he said
"Oh I cant do anything he is my friend".
As you can see, Shasta County Sheriff deputy, (husband of Judge Molly Bigalow, whos uncle was Shasta County DA at the time) and next store neighbor Will Gardner was VERY VERY worried...
Been wondering who for a while now.... How he can get away with this shit.
And when the bones were found, nobody interviewed me...
Its obvious to me who killed with permission from the Shasta County Sheriff Matthieu Tuvignon.
Where did the pistol Matthieu Tuvignon was carrying go?
That caretaker walked straight down to where that Femur was located...

ĥ³³Molly Bigelow steals pe 6thople's children and trafficks them for profit every day. Thousands of children she has sold off to strangers and why isn't she removed from the bench? She has told one parents of the parent's attorney, that was privately hired by the parent because Bigelow appointed a workman's comp attorney who did diddly squat and had no clue about juvenile court laws, she made the parent leave the court room to speak to their attorney and when the attorney came out he pulled the parent aside and told the parent that Molly Bigelow had told him to relay the message to the parent that her husband was the head of the sheriff's office and her uncle was the head of the D.A.'s office. That sounds like an indirect threat to me. The attorney never told the parent what the judge said to him only the message she told him to relay b to the parent, but whatever was said the attorney never came back to court again. He sent someone else. This shows the corruption runs deep throughout Shasta county and it's so called "Justice system". Look at all of the deaths while in custody at the Shasta county jail. They have more deaths than most jails of the same size. Why? Because they have "Qualified Immunity" and portray their selves to the public as the heroes that get the "scum" off of the streets. The truth is they are worse than most of the people they are stressing arresting. There was a girl who was saying that they have club houses like the Hells Angels where they do some pretty bad things to females out in the Igo area and while I can't confirm if that was real I did hear a officer tell someone who was telling them they weren't following the law and they were violating their rights, the officer told them they don't have to follow the law because they are in charge and they make the laws and if they're not filled followed there will be consequences. There needs to be an investigation into every Shasta county government agency operating within the county by an outside source not the agencies their self. Maybe then the truth would be exposed and there would be change that would change Shasta county for the better. If something isn't done it will continue getting worse, more people will lose their lives, more innocent people will be locked up and the criminals go free and more innocent children will be ripped away from their families and placed in homes that are abusive and sometimes even placed with sexual predators. It isn't right, it isn't fair and it's causing more damage than good. It's time for this to stop. Be the voice for every child they've silenced, for every prisoner they've tortured and for every citizen they've lied to so they would be thought of as heroes. Ɓ
