Oh, I thought a peaceful day of bottle hunting would be nice, a vacation from the stress of being a homeless advocate.

Alas, God had different plans...

Some time ago...

As we went up to the Holiday Harbor parking lot to find the trail to an old bottle dump known by a friend accompanying me, we ran into the on-site caretaker.

He relayed to us that the Sheriff gave him permission to shoot tweakers, "Because im the sheriff."

Later, we went down the dirt road and caretaker went over the side.

He later yells out "what do you call the bone "between here and here"

I told him a "Femur"

I compared the bone to my own femur, looks right, and later after studying, I found the human femur head has a bump on the side.

Then I heard a couple, the female across the gully say "honey im finding human bones"

Sue enough it was a human bone, documented by this Record Searchlight link.

Remember when you watch video - "Sheriff gave him permission to shoot tweakers, "Because im the Sheriff."

I told my neighbor, Shasta County Sheriff Deputy, who was the Shasta Lake patrol officer at the time.

He said "the caretaker was crazy to say that, and im crazy to believe him."

Well before I passed away I told my other when he was still alive at the time, Attorney Joe Gazzigli.

He was very angry, saying what this officer said was "Dissuading a Witness"

"Dissuading a witness (Penal Code 136.1 PC) is a serious criminal offense, defined as maliciously attempting to prevent a victim or witness from reporting a crime, testifying, or cooperating with law enforcement."

When I told him it was Shasta County Sheriff Deputy Will Gardner he said 

Oh I cant do anything he is my friend.

As you can see, Shasta County Sheriff deputy, (husband of Judge Molly Bigalow, whos uncle was Shasta County DA at the time)  and next store neighbor Will Gardner was VERY VERY  worried... 

Been wondering who for a while now.... How he can get away with this shit.

And when the bones were found, nobody interviewed me...
